Commercial Refrigeration Tech

Randstad is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of industrial and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is a customer‑oriented self‑starter with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, rooftop units, boilers, VFD systems, water chillers, water towers, walk‑in coolers, reach‑in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and rack systems.
• Perform repair and maintenance on specialized equipment: centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, pneumatic controls, condensate steam stations, vacuum pumps.
• Troubleshoot and service Building Automation Systems (BMS) including Nova, Surveyor, Danfoss, CPC, Metasys, Honeywell, and Delta controls.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on industrial and commercial equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and adheres to industry standards.

• 10+ years of experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining complex commercial and industrial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Customer service and safety focused.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical components.
• Relevant certifications (EPA, etc.) required.

Salary: $21 - $28 per hour.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

8 AM - 4 PM.

Education:

High School.

Work includes weekends.
