Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential community.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts and/or dispatch per post orders.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying Allied Universal supervision and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete routine reports and logs, including patrol observations, incidents, and/or guest interactions, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
