Position Overview

The Vice President of Risk Services & Intelligence is a senior executive leader responsible for the development, oversight, and execution of enterprise-wide risk management, intelligence, and investigative functions across PGS USA. This role is critical to identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring operational, personnel, reputational, client, and external risks that may impact the organization.

The position serves as a principal authority on threat intelligence, risk analysis, internal investigations, and due-diligence activities, working closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Client Leadership to safeguard PGS USA’s workforce, clients, assets, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Risk Management & Strategy
  • Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework aligned with PGS USA’s operational footprint and growth strategy
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks related to physical security operations, workforce conduct, licensing, compliance, client exposure, and reputational impact
  • Advise executive leadership on organizational risk tolerance and risk-based decision‑making
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level risk assessments, intelligence reports, and briefings
Threat Intelligence & Intelligence Operations
  • Establish and oversee centralized Risk Services & Intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, analysis, monitoring, and reporting
  • Monitor emerging threats including workplace violence indicators, insider risk, social unrest, reputational risks, and client‑specific vulnerabilities
  • Provide intelligence support for high‑risk client sites, special assignments, and executive‑level concerns
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and industry partners as appropriate
