Our top Outside Sales Reps consistently earn $65,000-$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.
This is a performance-driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income. What You'll DoAs an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of All U Need Pest Control in the community. You will:

• Approach and speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce our professional pest control solutions
• Build trust and educate customers
• Create and close service agreements
• Help families protect their homes from pests

You'll receive full training, sales scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed-even if you've never done outside sales before. Daily Responsibilities

• Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Deliver confident, professional sales presentations
• Customize solutions based on customer needs
• Overcome objections and close sales
• Enter activity and sales into our CRM
• Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Who We're Looking For You do not need pest control experience - we train the right people.

You do need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Drive to hit goals and earn more
• Ability to work independently
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with 5+ years driving history
