Your role at Technical-Link:
- Prospect new and old leads to generate business
- Qualify prospective consultants or client manages for requirements and suitability necessary for new assignments
- Provide prospective consultants with information regarding available positions we have
- Maintain regular contact with consultants or client managers during their assignment to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of daily duties
- Client Management Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including organizations and companies that require technical staffing services. Understanding their technical staffing needs, coordinating job requirements, and providing consultative advice on talent acquisition strategies. Managing client expectations, providing regular updates on candidate progress, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research Staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the technical industry. Conducting market research to understand the talent landscape, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific hiring practices. Using this information to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Goal-driven, “hunter” approach to sales
- At least one year of work experience, with a track record of success, in the direct sales of products or professional services
- Professional level written and oral communications skills
- High-quality sales/customer service skills
- Skillful at developing relationships and building rapport with consultants or client managers
