We are seeking a full‑time remote Agency Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also work closely with team members to develop sales strategies, prepare client presentations, and accurately maintain sales records.

• Experience in sales, relationship management, and client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to perform market research and create sales strategies
• Proficiency in record‑keeping and CRM tools
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in financial services or sales is a strong advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player to achieve company goals
