Job Title:Temp Sales Associate Primary Purpose
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver outstanding customer experiences and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Client & Service Expert- Achieve individual sales goals.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Build personal connections with guests using effective selling skills.
- Achieve personal sales goals.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge.
- Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture.
- Initiate business‑driving events in store with management teams.
- Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
- Build strong relationships as a brand ambassador.
- Share client feedback with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to improve service and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven contribution to an elevated selling culture.
- Elevated sense of personal style.
- Available to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable climbing ladders.

Work SetupBase pay range: $15.00 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
