Bath & Body Works is hiring for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at the St. Augustine Premium Outlet. This role is part-time and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season.

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout and on the sales floor.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Provide a positive, high-energy environment that contributes to sales growth and customer satisfaction.
