The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. The primary duties include supervising store staff, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales, representing the brand, maintaining store standards, and supporting teamwork.

• Ability to lift large and heavy packages and boxes rapidly, performing continuous loading/unloading throughout a shift.
• Reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry products for customer service, inventory restock, shipment processing, and merchandising.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Safely lift 50 lbs. without restrictions.
• Regularly perform store maintenance: sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning.
• Use and climb ladders and/or step stools.
• Perform repetitive motions such as hanging, folding, ringing up customers, etc.
• Exercise caution with difficult customers and situations to avoid confrontations.
• Work in a moderate to loud noise environment.
• Adult content environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Assist Store Management in generating sales by being a constant presence on the sales floor, setting pace and energy while ensuring brand integrity.
• Hold store keys to open and close without manager.
• Prioritize customer service and partner with Sales Associates to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Manage rest and meal break schedules and ensure all zones are covered.
• Provide relevant and timely feedback, coaching, and redirection in primary areas of customer engagement, selling, and sales floor etiquette.
• Assist in managing merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
• Escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment.
• Assist with store security: checking bags and monitoring fitting rooms.
• Treat store staff professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
• Process returns/exchange transactions, authorize promotional discounts and employee sales in absence of manager.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all LP policies.
• Understand inventory management procedures.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Commitment to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to use retail POS system and inventory scanner.
• Ability to make change using American monetary units.
• Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three‑month training program.
