Leasing Professional at RISE St. Augustine – New Construction Build-to-Rent Community | St. Augustine, FL About The Role

RISE St. Augustine is a brand-new build-to-rent townhome community, and we’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to help bring this exciting new neighborhood to life.

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll be on the front lines of the lease-up — connecting with prospective residents, conducting tours, driving leasing momentum, and delivering an exceptional first impression. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new construction launch where your performance directly impacts the success of the community.

• Prior leasing or sales experience in multifamily preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Confident communicator with a professional, welcoming presence
• Ability to manage leads, follow‑ups, and tours effectively
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working toward leasing goals
• Familiarity with property management software a plus
• Reliable, motivated, and team‑oriented

• Manage the leasing process from first inquiry through lease execution
• Conduct tours of build‑to‑rent townhomes, showcasing features and community benefits
• Respond to leads, perform follow‑ups, and convert prospects into residents
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to generate traffic
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing records in the CRM
• Support resident move‑ins and contribute to a positive resident experience
• Represent RISE St. Augustine with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Compensation: $22–$24 per hour, based on experience
