Assignment Length:  13 weeks (possible extension)

Start Date:

April preferred; no later than June 1st

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5x8 shifts)

Hours/Week:  40 (20 shifts/month)

Openings:  3 CRNA positions

EMR:  SIS (Surgery Center), Cerner (Hospital)

Credentialing Timeline:  Approximately 90 days

Estimated Weekly Pay:  $6,600–$6,960 per week

Required Qualifications — CRNA / Anesthesia Provider

Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience providing general anesthesia

Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (CRNA/APRN credentials as required)

NBCRNA board certification required

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Ability to provide 24 months of case logs

100% clean file required

Available for a call or Zoom interview with site clinical leadership

Full-time availability (5 shifts/week; 20 shifts/month)

Primary Responsibilities — Anesthesia Care & Perioperative Collaboration

Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of surgical cases: general surgery, orthopedics (100% ortho at the ASC), GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, ENT, and neuro

Function as a collaborative anesthesia provider working with surgeons, perioperative staff, and anesthesia colleagues to optimize patient outcomes

Document anesthesia care accurately in SIS and Cerner electronic medical records (EMR)

Maintain compliance with clinical standards, ASC and hospital policies, and credentialing requirements

Participate in cross-credentialing and practice across affiliated facilities as needed
