Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures using various tools and equipment
• Weld, cut, grind, and measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
• Maintain equipment and tools
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in welding, cutting, grinding, and measuring materials
• Must have Aluminum welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in non-climate-controlled environments
• Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
