$75,000 – $89,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Oversee daily operations for a 2,800 HPW portfolio across Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance to drive profitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contract performance and satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and frontline leadership teams.
• Leverage scheduling, payroll, reporting, and operational performance systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contractual standards.
• Support organic growth through strong service delivery and client retention.

• HOA marketing experience is required.
• Proven experience in multi‑site operations, district management, or field leadership.
• Demonstrated success with P&L ownership and financial performance.
• Strong technology proficiency across operational and reporting platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

• Base Salary: $75,000–$89,000 (car allowance included)
