Property Management Systems Administrator

Integrity Rise

Full-Time | $49,000 – $72,000 per year

About the Role

Integrity Rise is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Systems Administrator to oversee the performance, configuration, optimization, and administration of our primary property management platforms:
Res Man and Elise AI.

This role is ideal for a demonstrated systems administrator or advanced “power user” who understands how to fully leverage enterprise platforms — or someone highly motivated to quickly develop into that level of expertise.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems operate at peak functionality, support operational excellence, and drive measurable performance improvements across our portfolio.

What You’ll Do System Administration & Optimization
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Res Man and Elise AI
  • Configure system settings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations
  • Monitor system performance and continuously identify improvement opportunities
  • Test and implement system updates and enhancements
Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports
  • Audit data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Develop dashboards and reporting standards for leadership visibility
  • Use system data to identify trends and performance gaps
Support & Training
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and workflow challenges
  • Develop SOPs, documentation, and best practice guides
  • Assist with onboarding and training users
  • Promote strong system adoption and accountability
AI & Automation (Preferred Skill Area)
  • Help optimize and expand Elise AI functionality
  • Build or refine AI bots, automated workflows, or intelligent communication tools (preferred)
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation for operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Real Estate, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience as a systems administrator or advanced “power user” of enterprise software — or strong willingness and aptitude to become one
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage system settings, workflows, reporting structures, and permissions
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of property management systems experience (Res Man strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Elise AI or similar AI-driven leasing platforms
  • Experience building or managing AI bots, automation tools, or workflow automation systems
  • Background in property management operations
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $49,000 – $72,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
