This is a part-time on-site role for a Short Term Rental Cleaning Associate based in St. Augustine, FL. The Cleaning Associate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of vacation rental properties between guest stays. Daily tasks will include cleaning and organizing properties, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting a high standard of facility operations. This on-the-ground role is key to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations for maintaining high standards of property conditions and cleanliness
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with team members and ensure guest satisfaction
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in hospitality or property management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facility management or cleaning services are advantageous
