- Manage resident billing, collections, and financial records
- Oversee Medicare/Medicaid and insurance claim processing
- Supervise office staff and daily administrative operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies
- Provide financial reports to facility leadership
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and third-party payers
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care billing (preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
