PRN LPN​/RN

St. Augustine Manor is looking for PRN RNs. PRN Nurses must work 5 12‑hour shifts a month, 2 days must be on the weekend, one summer holiday & one winter holiday, and may work no more than 24 hours a week. The pay rate for RN’s is $39.00 an hour. There is no sign‑on bonus for PRN.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with airway management and ventilate patients when necessary.
• Perform phlebotomy tasks for blood draws and lab tests.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth.
• Support patients in daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Participate in hospice care initiatives for patients with terminal illnesses.
• Work effectively with children in pediatric settings when required.
