THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED
This position exists to create and develop training solutions for the Florida CCWIS project, as well as ongoing training needs related to system enhancements. There is a significant amount of end user support and teamwork involved in this process.
Specific Duties and
Responsibilities include:
* Participate in regular CCWIS meetings to determine what portions of CCWIS are ready for curriculum development.
* Development of training curriculum and content including user guides, job aids, work instructions, eLearning, training videos and communications.
* Maintain contact with the CCWIS Training & OCM Manager and other project leads.
* Ensure the curriculum aligns with Florida Statute, Florida Administrative Code and Department CFOP.
* Clear and frequent communication with CCWIS team and CCWIS stakeholders.
* Assist in implementing CCWIS training.
* Prepare reports on CCWIS training compliance, satisfaction and effectiveness.
* Create FAQs and learner resources as needs are identified.
* Assist in operational change management activities to ensure user adaptation.
* Ability to work flexible hours including possible nights and weekends.
* Other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Strong knowledge of curriculum/ content development and instructional design methodology.
* Ability to implement training solutions.
* Experienced with LMS, rapid authoring tools, video editing, MS Office.
* Knowledge of the Florida Child Welfare System.
* Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials.
* Ability to conduct fact-finding research.
* Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities.
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
* Ability to partner with project leads and stakeholders.
PREFERENCE:
Special preference will be given to applicants demonstrating the following:
* Knowledge of DCF Adult and/or Child Welfare business processes and systems (FSFN, CCWIS, and/or SAFE).
* Knowledge of Canva, Camtasia, Vyond
