We are seeking a Toddler (TWOs) Lead or Assistant Teacher. The role coordinates daily operations of assigned classes, plans, presents, and evaluates educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. You will work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

• Lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Observe children’s interests and collaborate with other teachers to develop an engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents daily about children’s adventures and achievements via various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow in your profession.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
• Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in the handling of children; for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
