Job Title:
Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Full-Time, Permanent
Location:
Multiple Openings Available in Florida
Pay: $75.00 – $150.00 per hour (+Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team across multiple Florida locations. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive pay, a generous sign-on bonus, and an immediate start date.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
- Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) - Licensure:
Valid Florida State Board medical license (or eligibility to obtain) - Relevant primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
- State Board Certification (Florida MD or DO license)
- DEA Registration for prescribing medications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – current and valid
- Permanent W-2 employment with Island Doctors
