- Variety of duties, ranging from clerical tasks to event promotion, writing, photography, video production and social media postings
- Assistants may staff the department’s video equipment room, check out equipment, manage inventory, inspect returned equipment, and track equipment
- Minimum qualifications or experience:
Applicants must be detail oriented, reliable, and responsible. They should have excellent writing, communication, and organization skills - Special skills desired (training is available, but these skills would be a plus):
- Knowledge of video, audio, lighting and other equipment
- Photography, interviewing and video production skills
- Ability to manage a social media account
