Disaster Recovery Cost Estimator

A humanitarian organization is seeking a Construction Cost Analyst to work closely with Disaster Case Managers in reviewing and preparing cost estimates for repairs of disaster survivors' homes. This role demands proficiency in Xactimate and strong knowledge of construction standards, along with excellent communication skills. The analyst will coordinate repairs and ensure compliance with industry standards while providing exceptional service.

Candidates with a college degree or equivalent experience and 5-7 years in cost estimation are preferred.
