Team Member – Senior Relocation & Transitions (Part-Time)

Caring Transitions is looking for friendly, dependable Team Members to assist with hands-on client projects. You’ll work alongside a supportive team helping seniors and families during meaningful life transitions.

This role offers
flexible, part-time hours based on demand
. Core availability is 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with no guaranteed weekly schedule. Weekend work is available for online Auction pickups. This position may be ideal for stay-at-home parents, retirees, students, or anyone looking to supplement other flexible work
.

Relocation Support

• Pack and organize belongings
• Unpack and help set up new homes
• Put away clothes, dishes, and personal items
• Help hang pictures and mount TVs (training provided)

Downsizing & Decluttering

• Support clients as they decide what to keep, donate, or sell
• Organize spaces to fit smaller homes

Estate & Cleanouts

• Sort items for sale, donation, recycling, or disposal
• Help prepare items for online auctions

Teamwork

• Follow guidance from the Team Lead
• Maintain a respectful, professional presence in client homes

• Comfortable with light to moderate lifting
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working with people
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Flexible schedule
• Transportation to job sites
