Master Mechanic
Atlantic Automotive is looking for an experienced Master Mechanic who wants recognition, variety, and a workshop that values quality over shortcuts. If you enjoy solving complex mechanical problems and being the expert others turn to, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
- Carry out major repairs on relaxed, transmissions, braking, and electrical systems.
- Work confidently on both domestic and foreign vehicle models.
- Support, guide and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
- Complete clear and accurate repair orders and service records.
- Keep up to date with modern vehicle systems and workshop tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Explain completed work to customers in a clear and helpful way.
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations.

- Recognised Master Mechanic certification (ASE preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Clear communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
- Valid driving licence and ability to meet physical job demands.
- A genuine interest in learning and staying current with vehicle technology.
