• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Carry out major repairs on relaxed, transmissions, braking, and electrical systems.
• Work confidently on both domestic and foreign vehicle models.
• Support, guide and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
• Complete clear and accurate repair orders and service records.
• Keep up to date with modern vehicle systems and workshop tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Explain completed work to customers in a clear and helpful way.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations.

• At least 5 years’ experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Recognised Master Mechanic certification (ASE preferred).
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
• Valid driving licence and ability to meet physical job demands.
• A genuine interest in learning and staying current with vehicle technology.
