LPN – 2.5k Sign on - No Overnight Shifts

Join Bio Life Plasma Services (a subsidiary of Takeda) as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and support daily plasma collection operations. You will provide essential nursing care, determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review lab results, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing serological protein electrophoresis (SPE).
• Manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable results.
• Evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for medical emergencies, including standing orders and transport to emergency care.
• Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for medical or technical issues concerning donor safety and eligibility.
• Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Manage employee incidents and determine if further evaluation is required by occupational health or ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations related to pandemic threats.

• High school diploma or equivalent (including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements).
• Current license or certification in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: LPN or LVN.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• Complete FDA‑approved training requirements for Bio Life Medical Support Specialist.
• Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Hourly wage range: $23.85 – $32.79 (actual may vary by experience, certifications, location).
