Position Description

This role requires 2 overnight shifts per week (10 p.m. – 6 a.m.). As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be the front line of the store, greeting customers and ensuring a welcoming experience. Responsibilities include cashier duties, assisting customers through self‑checkout, stocking and maintaining product levels, handling age‑restricted sales, and keeping the store clean and ready for customers.

• Greet all customers upon arrival and provide timely service.
• Multitask and manage time effectively.
• Operate the cash register, accept payments, make change, and maintain accurate cash levels.
• Keep the coffee bar stocked, coffee hot, and clean.
• Stock and restock product levels; rotate products to maintain freshness.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including removing trash and clutter.
• Complete shift tasks assigned by management and any additional duties.
• Perform general property maintenance such as sweeping, weeding, shoveling, and salting.
• Operate a lottery terminal as required.
• Print and file all necessary store close reports.
• Prepare the store for the morning coffee/breakfast rush and potential lunch/afternoon rush.
• Handle cleaning or stocking tasks that may need to be done during busy hours.

Shift schedules vary by location and are based on business needs. Managers will coordinate with you to find a schedule that meets your desired hours, whenever possible. Flexible scheduling is discussed with your manager.
