Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate patient care under supervision, ensuring safety and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities and routine clinical tasks as directed.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, reporting deviations promptly.
  • Follow infection control protocols and medication administration guidelines.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and participate in training to advance skills.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update care plans regularly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient‑centered care.
  • Adhere to performance metrics and contribute toward departmental targets.
  • Proactively identify patient needs and elevate concerns when necessary.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and proper equipment handling.
  • Support patient and family education on care plans and routines.
Experience / Qualifications
  • Licensed Nursing Assistant license in applicable state or region.
  • Provide compassionate patient care under supervision with safety and dignity.
  • Accurate documentation of vital signs and care activities in records.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and medication administration guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and participate in training to advance skills.
  • On‑site availability for temporary employment with reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment with targets.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team and coordinate patient‑centered care.
  • Proactively identify patient needs and elevate concerns promptly.
