Rhino Medical is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for ongoing locum tenens coverage at a Level III Trauma Center in St. Albans, Vermont. This assignment offers a well-balanced anesthesia practice, consistent scheduling opportunities throughout the year, and a collaborative MD/CRNA care team supporting a diverse surgical and obstetric case mix.

• Late Room: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: Approximately 1 night per week

• 5 operating rooms
• Daytime providers: 2 MDs + 3 CRNAs
• Supervision model: ~60% supervised
• Supportive anesthesia leadership and OR teams

CRNAs will support a broad surgical and OB practice, including:

• Orthopedics
• General Surgery
• Endoscopy
• OB/GYN (including C-sections and VBACs)
• Pediatrics
• Urology
• ENT
• Ophthalmology
• Plastics
• Annual Deliveries: ~380

• Proficiency in spinals, regional blocks, and epidurals
• Comfortable with OB anesthesia
• Strong independent clinical judgment
• Case logs required (documentation of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

• Active Vermont CRNA license required (applications cannot begin without it)
• DEA required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA required), PALS
• Temporary privileges available with clean background and malpractice history

• Consistent, block-style scheduling throughout the year
• Balanced OR and OB practice
