Ortho, Gen, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, URO. ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics. C-Sections and VBACs, 380 deliveries/year. Must be proficient in spinal, blocks, and epidurals.

Trauma Level: LEVEL 3# of OR's: 5

Support Staff: 5 providers during the day. Supervision and Ratio:
Yes, 60% sup. Active License Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
