The Enterprise Architect in the Application and Data Architecture domain will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure application and data architectures. The EA will ensure the company’s applications and data strategy aligns with the business objectives, enhancing efficiency and driving growth. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure our technology solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
The position reports to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and works closely with the Principal Architect.
- Ensures alignment with business goals and IT strategy, leading to more efficient and effective technology solutions
- Provides scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks
- Ensures consistency and quality in technology implementations, leading to better performance and reliability
Strategy and Governance
- Develop and maintain the enterprise application and data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Participate in architecture governance processes to ensure alignment fundamentally with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
- Prepare, support, and develop an Architecture Review Board (ARB) and work with Business and IT to prepare for ARB.
- Be part of developing and supporting the Data Governance/Privacy committee.
Design and Implementation
- Design and oversee the implementation of application and data solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost‑effective.
- Provide guidance and oversight over the development and integration of applications and data systems.
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with digital solutions and implement proactive measures to mitigate security, compliance, and regulatory concerns.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Technology Evaluation
- Collaborate with stakeholders smoothing to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the enterprise architecture, including Salesforce, nCino, DNA, Fiserv, Databricks, Mule Soft, and Azure.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, micro‑services architecture, data‑ware house architecture, APIs, Dev Sec Ops , and Agile methodologies.
Data Integrity and Team Leadership
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on application and data architecture.
- TOGAF 9.x, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS certifications.

- Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience
