Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (36 Guaranteed Hours)

About the Facility / Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a clean, smoke-free, well-lit healthcare setting with state-of-the-art systems and strong clinical collaboration. Please note this role requires comfort with:
Frequent computer/monitor use
Occasional irregular hours
Fast-paced environments with multiple interruptions
Handling urgent situations, performing emergency care during code blues, and using sound clinical judgment
Exposure to typical clinical-care elements (accidents, injuries, illness)
This assignment is ideal for pharmacists who are confident working independently, thrive under pressure, and enjoy being an integral part of the clinical team.
Your ImpactAs the on-site Pharmacist, you will:
Work independently while supervising one pharmacy technician
Manage daily operations with a focus on patient safety, quality improvement, and team engagement
Attend code blues
, offering critical recommendations in real time
Answer questions from physicians and nurses and complete clinical consults
Use your sterile compounding experience to ensure safe, accurate preparation
Collaborate with diverse clinical teams to support exceptional patient outcomes
This role is perfect for a pharmacist who loves autonomy, has strong operational and people-management skills, and takes pride in delivering patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications2+ years of recent hospital pharmacist experience
ACLS & BLS certifications
Ability and willingness to attend code blues
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Preferred QualificationsBoard Certification (BCPS or similar)
Completed Accredited Pharmacy Residency
More than 1 year of recent acute-care hospital experience
