Our client is looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to support the senior geotechnical engineer on feasibility studies by assessing technical and financial aspects—while independently handling routine geotechnical work including data collection/assessment, hazard identification, site inspections/reports, field explorations, sampling, geologic mapping, QA/QC, monitoring data analysis, groundwater monitoring plans, and workplace safety examinations.
It’s a hands-on role providing critical technical support across mining feasibility and operations, perfect if you enjoy performing geotechnical analyses, fieldwork, data QA/QC, and contributing to responsible, sustainable mine development. Interested? Let me know!
Requirements- Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Hydrology, Mining, Civil, Geological, Geotechnical, or related engineering/science discipline is required.
- Previous experience installing piezometers and borehole testing
- Proficient with MS Office, related software, and computers
- Ability to travel to and from sites is required.
