• Manage daily kiosk operations (prepare the necessary quantities of fruit for the day, receive fruit and supply orders, etc.)
• Coach, motivate, and train employees
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage schedules, inventory, and fruit or vegetable orders supplies
• Ensure cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with hygiene standards, in accordance with MAPAQ regulations
• Perform cash deposits and end-of-day inventory reports
• Collaborate with the general manager and owners to optimize sales and the customer experience
• Perform kiosk opening and closing

• Management or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Initiative and ability to resolve issues problems quickly
• Punctual, reliable, and autonomous
• Bilingual (French and English) — Spanish an asset
• Available daytime, evenings, and weekends
