Are you a finance leader passionate about transformation and value creation? Alstom is looking for a Vice President of Finance to drive financial performance and strategic growth across the region, in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Lead and inspire regional finance teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Act as a true business partner: work hand-in-hand with operations and commercial teams to challenge, support, and secure the success of complex, high-impact projects.
• Support project teams from the tender phase through delivery, optimizing profitability, risk management, and cash generation.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and the adoption of digital tools across the region.
• Present financial results and key insights to top management, actively contributing to regional strategy.

• 10+ years’ experience in finance leadership at country or regional level.
• Strong international and industrial background.
• Recognized leadership, with the ability to unite teams and drive transformation.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
