Position Title: Parking Lot Striping Foreman
Location: Saginaw, TX
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (Based on Experience)
Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 7:00 PM (Varies based on job site location)
Workdays: Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays based on job demands/emergencies)

Company Overview: As a leader in installing signage and pavement markings, we seek an experienced Parking Lot Striping Foreman to manage projects and lead a crew effectively.
Job Description: The Parking Lot Striping Foreman will oversee and participate in the application of pavement markings and the installation of signage. This role demands a highly experienced individual who can manage both people and projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a crew in applying pavement markings.
- Operate air and airless paint striping machines.
- Handle new layouts including radius, angle, and 90-degree parking setups.
- Install various types of signage including surface mount and pipe bollard.
- Oversee project execution from start to finish ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Operate 2500/3500 HD trucks with bumper pull trailers.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
- Distribute tasks among crew members based on individual skills and project requirements.
- Train and mentor new and existing crew members.
- Read and interpret blueprints for project specifications.
- Manage material inventory and calculate needs for projects.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet project demands.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a crew with hands-on involvement.
- Strong background in pavement markings, striping, and signage installation.
- Specific experience with airport layout and painting is required.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver s license.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work as a working foreman.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 80 lbs unassisted.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
