ABOUT THE JOB
You were born to be the boss. You get up in the morning and make sure everyone else in the house is doing what they need to do. Then you go to work and ensure that everyone there is doing what they need to do, even your boss. It’s time to move up. Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses—specifically general managers. The role requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and perfect brand image. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication skills: give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
- Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Motor coordination and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
ADVANCEMENT
Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise owners, general managers, or corporate operations managers.

WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and contact with wet surfaces.
MOTORS, SENSING, TEMPERAMENTS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and use of tools are required. Detailed physical demands and safety considerations are outlined in the full training program.
REQUIRES - DRIVER
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Navigation: read maps, locate addresses, navigate adverse terrain.
- Customer service and communication skills.
