Qualifications for the Store Manager include:
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors.
- Physical exertion includes standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
