Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Staging orders – accurately complete the order selection process and stage orders in appropriate areas for loading. Use the RF system and follow proper procedures, documentation, and product selection as instructed.
- Loading trucks – accurately load customer orders onto trucks for dispatch or drop‑off sites, following safety protocol, equipment inspections, order reviews, RF system usage, and documentation.
- Receiving – receive packaging, ingredients, and finished goods, ensuring proper storage, rotation, quality assurance, computer entry, and documentation for timely and accurate receiving.
- Production support – support finished goods production, moving products from the end of production lines into warehouse locations (take‑away/put‑away). Perform required scanning, reconciliation, and temperature monitoring.
- Troubleshooting – identify and resolve inventory issues, place defective materials on pending hold, perform location adjustments for NIL (not in location), zero balance, and damaged items found during routine tasks.
- Warehouse safety – understand and perform safety‑sensitive operations such as battery changing, battery watering, pallet exchanging, shrink wrapping, allergen compliance, issue reporting, vehicle inspections, and damaged goods process.
- Deck supply support – issue ingredients to manufacturing decks and return them to the warehouse, following proper tote storage procedures.
- FSMA compliance – maintain knowledge of and adhere to Food Safety Modernization Act requirements.
- High‑school graduate (or equivalent).
- At least one year of stand‑up forklift experience and the ability to pass the annual required forklift certification.
- Strong math skills and comfort operating an RF computer, desktop computer, and calculator.
- Effective written, verbal, and reading communication skills.
- Safety knowledge relevant to the operations described and the ability to recognize and report safety issues.
- Cross‑training across all functional areas and daily lift‑truck operations expected.

Typical shifts are 8‑12 hours per day. Additional unscheduled time after hours and on weekends may be required. Employees must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment as required by company policy and/or legal requirements. Certain jobs may require work outside or in adverse temperatures (heat, cold, humidity), exposure to vibrations, chemicals, fumes, and allergens, and work in confined or dark spaces or at heights over 18 feet.
