• Deliver parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships.
• Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory.
• Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries.
• Build long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
• Maintain the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean and basic maintenance is performed (e.g., correct tire pressure).
• Other duties as needed.

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) with a stool or ladder when necessary, and stamina to stand, walk for an entire shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process core/part returns appropriately.
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
• Inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings and people.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
• Drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License.
