CDL A Local Driver

Pay is $34.40 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. • Transport, load, and unload freight safely and efficiently between service centers and customers.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections on tractors and trailers.
• Document freight control processes properly.
• Read maps, road signs, shipping papers, and hazardous materials markings.
• Affix correct placards when necessary.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist customers with shipping paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Operate forklifts when needed.
• Participate in training and improvement programs.
• Be flexible with work schedules, shifts, and assignments.
• Follow operational guidelines in the Driver/Dockworker Manual.

• At least 23 years old.
• Minimum 18 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement.
• Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card.
• No recent DUI or reckless operation convictions.
• Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Basic math skills and fluency in English.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a drug screen.
