Rose is seeking an experienced, energetic, goal-oriented outside sales representative to join our growing company team.

This position involves selling pest control services to a variety of businesses, including Food Services, Hospitals, Nursing facilities, Schools, Municipal, State, and governmental facilities, Property managers, and more.

Outside Sales Representatives utilize a prospect database to aid in prospecting and relationship development. We provide a proven training program to equip you with the knowledge needed to work effectively with clients and meet their needs.

Salary ranges from $39,600 to $200,000, including base salary plus commission.

This role requires phone prospecting, field assessments, and in-person relationship building with technical and quality assurance managers.

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Legal to work in the U.S. with valid documentation
• Able to work before 8 am, after 5 pm, and on weekends
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work independently, organize, plan, and prioritize
• Willing to live within or relocate to the service area
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs., ascend/descend ladders, and access tight spaces
