Make in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, keep products knowledge, prepare and serve, engage consumers professionally, and maintain a professional appearance and a clean workstation.
Pay Rate$14.50 per hour.
Responsibilities- Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
- Proactively intercept, engage, interact and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
- Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
- Set up and prepare event table for execution.
- Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
- Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
- Complete expense reports per company policy.
- Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
- Access the internet, navigate company electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook and view assigned documents.
- Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; preferred one‑to‑three months of related experience or training. - Computer
Skills:
Proficient at using a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handlers permit may be required.
- Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs), operating a wheeled cart, using kitchen appliances, cleaning chemicals, etc.

English required; bilingual skills may be required.
