Make in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, keep products knowledge, prepare and serve, engage consumers professionally, and maintain a professional appearance and a clean workstation.

$14.50 per hour.

• Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Set up and prepare event table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports per company policy.
• Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
• Access the internet, navigate company electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook and view assigned documents.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or GED; preferred one‑to‑three months of related experience or training.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient at using a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Regular standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs), operating a wheeled cart, using kitchen appliances, cleaning chemicals, etc.
