Schedule:

Every other weekend and holiday rotation; no call required Highlights: 13-week contract in a Progressive Care Unit with Neuro specialty focus Collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment with opportunities for clinical leadership Direct patient care role including assessment, medication administration, treatments, and patient education Utilize evidence-based nursing practice to meet diverse patient care needs Function as both team leader and resource to support staff Local candidates within a 50-mile radius may be considered for one contract period Requirements:
Active Michigan RN license (verified through LARA and/or Nursys) Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required Recent travel work history highly preferred Current American Heart Association BLS certification Current American Heart Association ACLS certification Active NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification Skills checklist relevant to PCU specialty (current within 1 year) Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years Why It's a Great Opportunity:
