The Assistant Director of Nursing is an RN, responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24‑hour operation and ensuring consistent, quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess needs, implement care, utilizing the latest in technology and being part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages $88,400 per year

• Monday – Friday Schedule
• Rotating weekend schedule with other nurse managers
• Rotating on‑call schedule with other nurse managers

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of requested reports such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
• Supervise the nursing team, including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
