Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and ongoing patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care aligned with physician-approved plans and evidence-based practices.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and actively participate in their revision to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications/Desired

Experience:

• Current and active RN license.
• Proven experience in a stepdown or similar acute care setting.
