Job Description:

This position cares for patients before, during and after angiography, interventional, angiographic cardiac catheterization procedures. This includes pre-procedure assessment, pre-medication, documentation of cath process, post-cath care, patient education. Scrubs in for procedures and assists other members of the cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Responsibilities

(35%)
* Performs nursing care of the catheterization/angiography patient.
(35%)
* Operates equipment, i.e., cardiac output, hemodynamic, pacemakers/ICDs, intraaortic balloon pump, etc. Transfers patients, stocks supplies and performs basic office procedures.
(15%)
* Scrubs in for procedures with the physician.
(15%)
* Records all pertinent information on appropriate data sheets.

VeeAR Health Job . Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
