Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part Time Day Shift Location

Part Time, Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis during the day shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document accordingly.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

This position is based at our Saginaw location and involves working with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting throughout the shift.
