Pay: $34.55 per hour, starting wage $30.15 per hour + $3.40 Hero Pay, with yearly wage increases.

• 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts available

• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed, and advise patients/families about medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care promoting physical and psychosocial well‑being.
• Oversee the CNA team – give direction, assignments, training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality andenm excellent customer service in all interactions.

• Active LPN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Strong analytical ability to develop personalized care plans.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing tasks.
