- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and act as a resource for clinical issues.
- Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
- Supervise the nursing team—give direction & assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school, with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification.
- High level of analytical abilities for preparing personalized care plans, implementing effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and developing solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
This is a full‑time management position.
