• Monday – Friday schedule
• Rotating weekend schedule with other nurse managers
• Rotating on‑call schedule with other nurse managers

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and act as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
• Supervise the nursing team—give direction & assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification.
• High level of analytical abilities for preparing personalized care plans, implementing effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and developing solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.

This is a full‑time management position.
