Nurse - Registered Nurse Specialty Float

This position serves as a Registered Nurse Float for the Specialty Clinics, including but not limited to Cardiology, Pain, Neurology Clinics, and additional Specialty Clinics the service supports in the future.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Provides patient care, care coordination, health promotion, health education and coaching on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management.

* Collaborates in the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of policies, procedures, and/or guidelines.

* Supports colleagues and other nurses through knowledge sharing to provide safe, quality specialty nursing care.

* Fosters a safe and supportive environment conducive to the professional development of health care professionals.

* Evaluates outcomes of evidence-based decisions and practice changes for individuals, groups, and populations.

* Responsible for the documented outcomes at the specialty care program or service level.

* The position may potentially require 25% travel to Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

* Additional duties within the Registered Nurse scope of practice required.

Pay:
